Return and refund policy

At customer satisfaction is our # 1 priority! We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from being returned. Perishable merchandise such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that contain intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with clear usage labels
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any merchandise that is not in its original condition is damaged or lost for reasons not due to our fault
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to himself to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver who will recognize your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you get your money back, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
